Unfortunately everyone does miss things on occasion , no matter who it is, Which I did on this occasion doing the work in your mums property and I took ownership of it. This was indeed rectified and your mum was happy with the outcome. Also just to go over a timeline from any response and to highlight your raised disappointment. You contacted me raising the issue on Saturday 13th December at 1930. I replied to you Sunday 14th December at 1027 and a conversation took place and was agreed to call round to your mums on Tuesday 16th December and work was completed on Friday 19th December . I called round to your mums again on that Friday evening to show her the work and she was happy with the outcome. I understand people can be disappointed at times. I do however see this as an acceptable timeline for any issue to be brought to a satisfactory level.

Good man, good job. Telephoned Thursday evening. Round here 0930 Saturday, gone by lunchtime, leaving us with a well-executed job. Would certainly use Stephen again and would recommend him to any client.
