Replaced 2 connectors which costs nor more than £3 yet charged £120. Also did not advise before doing job how much job will cost and try to rip off by charging £180, greedy and not trustworthy, requested invoice for payment made called text Drew and Let but deliberately ignored very unprofessional Invoice for cash payment has not been issued - poor conduct
