Repair Leak and Redecorate Damaged Area
Peakdale Roofing is an excellent Roofing company who is willing to go the extra mile ensuring the works are completed safely and even provide a guarantee on their work for 5 years. Pat is a wonderful person and has kept me updated throughout the work from start to finish. Me being landlord I am unable to see/view the works but he kept sending pics and videos and even video call showing me the problems and resolving any additional / hidden faults free of charge (Within the original quote/scope). I highly recommend Pat for any roofing or other property maintenance works.
Chimney Flashing and Roof Leak Repair
Pat was polite and kept me informed of the progress on doing the repair. As expected (I could see the front chimney was in a poor state) he discovered other issues some of which I authorised a repair some not. Pat applied no pressure. He also sent before and after photos so I could clearly see what had been done. Obviously the test will be when it rains but I am confident they have done a good job. They also supply a three year guarantee.
Gutter, Fascias & Soffits Replacement
Quoted £1300 on inspection and on the day asked for £500 more. For a piece of timber and labour.. Total payment £1800.
