Wooden Garden Gate Installation
Overall , Paul fitted a New Gate with one new fence post, which was split , had to be replaced, which Paul replaced. Came back and fitted Gate, then fitted a post to our house wall. Which was not plush to wall. Then used Silicon sealant to fill gap between post and house wall. . Then Paul ran out of Sealant to finish job, we now have a fence post open to the weather, Until I can buy and finish off With Sealant.. The Sealant had an expiry date of 1/ 2022. No wonder he could not get the sealant out of the tube. Paul claimed the Sealant had been sold too him. I find that hard to believe. Then on Saturday opened my garage to find a brass screw , poking through the concrete wall , via the fence post. For fee £500.00 I would say 2/5 is a fair score for average workmanship.
