I was asked for pics so that I could be quoted, I was also gaven a date and time plus a gas safety certificate for the housing also for peace of mind.. I was updated by text when he was on his way so was on time, my cooker is now fitted and he made sure it was all working before he left, I would definitely highly recommend or use him again Much appreciated and one happy family since can cook tonight's tea :-)
