Fit Tiles To Wall Area
Posted the job I needed done on 20/07. Peter was quick to get reply to me and after speaking with him on 21/07 he provided a quote and arranged for the job to be started on 24/07 at 10am. At 9:20am on 24/07 Peter advised me he wouldn't be able to do the job that day and we rearranged for him to begin the job at 8am on 26/07. By 10am that day, having not heard from Peter, I messaged him on WhatsApp (which is where we'd been speaking). I'd explained that I'd been expecting the job to be started that day and asked if Peter would be coming to do it. The message was delivered immediately and read approximately an hour later. It's now more than 24 hours after the message was read and I've still not received a reply or call. So, 2 days arranging stuff around the job being done and 2 days let down. No reply to my WhatsApp message either. Not only is this inconvenient and unacceptable, but it also shows how unprofessional the tradesman is. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a reliable and professional Tiler.
Replace Patio Tiles
Tradesman turned up when weather was suitable for outside tiling and did a very good job.
Bathroom Tile Repair & Regrouting
Peter was excellent. He did a brilliant job & tidied up very well considering he had to use a grinder causing lots of dust. I certainly would recommend him to anyone needing tiling done. I certainly am keeping his number on file!!

Excellent job completed.Peter went beyond what was expected of him Highly recommended would ask Peter to come back to do any further jobs that are required.

He failed to show up after visiting the job to have a look at things for himself. He was quite happy with things on site and said that he would be back the next day to carry out the work, this never happened. I have not had any communication with Peter since he visited. If he was not wanting to carry out the job then simply saying would have been sufficient or any communication for that matter. I hope he does not do this to anyone else.
