Capping Chimney Stack to Prevent Leaks
I am very disappointed with this company. They appeared to be genuine but I now feel that I have been taken advantage of. I accepted the quote but as soon as they started the job this was more than doubled. Repair work to another part of the building failed within a couple of days. I have been trying to contact the company but they are not responding and I doubt that they have any intention of doing so. This is the reason for my low scoring and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone else.
Repair Leak Around Roof Window
The routine work on the roof was completed by over the top roofing and building on 20 December 2025 and I paid the bill (£2200 for the 8 hours work on site) within 2 hours. They did not provide an initial estimate after the survey or at anytime during the job and then provided a final bill which was excessive for the work undertaken. I have requested a copy of the invoice on several occasions with no response to date. This is not the way to conduct a good business. They have let themselves down by not being honest with the customer who looked after them with tea and breakfast during the job.

Replace Pitched Roof on Terraced House
My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to reach you by phone and message, I received no response, and the work remains unfinished. Due to the lack of communication and failure to address the outstanding issues such as leak on chimney , around 15broken tiles , damaged decking board, I was left with no choice but to engage a different roofer to complete the work. I have also issued a legal letter notice regarding the unresolved tasks.
