Phoned me promptly to my request for a quote. Very attentive, kind and supportive. Was willing to come the next day to view my roof and provide a quote. He was not local to me. It did worry me that the estimate range he advised was significantly lower than a quote from a different source of which I had just signed the contract, with a 14 day cooling off period. He kindly advised and reassured me that I phone this tradesperson to discuss further the quote, giving me a few pointers and get back to him if necessary. There was no pressure sales. This is the first time that I have searched for a tradesperson so I was exceedingly anxious. Thank you.
