Thomas messaged at first, wanted more info on measurements; once I provided them with additional photos he was able to price it up for me and it was a fair price - what i appreciated was he took the headache of buying things away from me and supplied everything and fit it all the next day - Thomas and his colleague turned up slightly earlier than agreed which was brilliant - no fuss whatsoever, cleaned up when they were done and are coming back to look at additional work i need doing for the future - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
