Rebuild Outer Layer of Cavity Wall
They were asked to rebuild the outer layer of a cavity wall of our home. We was informed it would take about 5 to 7 days. 3 months later the job was still not complete. The job was paid for in full and was never completed. We have had to pay another tradesman to finish the job. We were also told we would get a detailed structural report for our insurance company. Despite numerous request this was never sent. So we have not been able to make a claim against our insurance.
