A suitable appointment was made very quickly. Alex arrived on time and respectfully removed his shoes on entering. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly he knew which part needed to be ordered. He returned to complete the work and offered advice on what needed to be done as a process of elimination to improve the workings of the system.
