Ryan contacted me and i explained gas fire pilot not staying on. I said it was not urgent as had central heating and could be fairly flexible He got back to me and he picked day and time Saturday at 10:30 but he failed to show and has not responded to my messages. I understand that urgent issues arise but in this day and age communication is fast and easy
