Billy has been communicative in every step of the way from surveying, explaining what needs to be done and what are the next steps after his job. His strength lies in being patient in answering any/every questions we have. I'd highly recommend him and would rely on him as the go to guy for any drain jobs from now on.

Would highly recommend Billy at NW drainage 24/7. I posted my job on the Thursday, received contact Friday morning, Billy looked at the job Friday afternoon and provided a quote. I liked that he gave 3 different options and prices. The job was completed on the Saturday. Can’t ask for more than that. Will be keeping his details for future if needed. Thanks Billy!

Highly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly tradesman. Mr Billy Swindells (NW Drainage 24/7) responded to each of my email and text messages within matter of minutes. He gave me very reasonable price for the job and carried out the work in a very high standard. I would certainly recommend him.
