Cheney contacted me first thing in the morning and was at my home within 2 hours. He was extremely polite, efficient and friendly. He got the job done as well as provided me with advice regarding how to prevent further damage in future. He also didn’t over-estimate the job. Leaking galvanised steel pipe replacement
Was able to quickly come round to give me a quote. Gave an honest assessment of the work and said it could be completed within an hour so agreed. Sorted the problem within the time he stated with absolutely no issues. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately after NS left I checked their work (Should have done this before they left), and the plug they renewed does not fit my bath, and therefore does ot work properly.

Absolutely top class. Chesney arrived on time, he carried out the work in a friendly and professional manner! He also came along with protection equipment including safety mask which was highly appreciated especially during these uncertain times! I would highly recommend Chesney to anyone.
