Trading since 1997, Newford Projects are multi trade main contractor that completes all residential projects from Single & Double Storey Extensions, Internal Alterations, Conversions and Reinstatements.
At Newford, we employ our own tradesmen including ground workers, brick layers, joiners, labourers, site managers and site supervisors.
Newford work across Scotland including Glasgow and the West, Edinburgh and Stirling.
We carry public, employers, contractors all risk and professional indemnity insurances.
Our differentiation lies with our ability to provide a 2 part service to our clients (Consult then Construct). Our chartered surveyors work closely with the architect and engineer at design development stage, providing cost plans, ensuring design and budgets are aligned for the homeowner. We then move to the next stage by undertaking the construction works.
