⭐ 1 STAR — WHERE DO I EVEN START? If you’re looking for a tradesman who arrives with the wrong tools, cuts brand-new kitchen panels with a hand saw on top of your brand-new hardwood floor, damages your wall, fits doors onto the wrong units and then tells you that your doors are missing — congratulations, you may have just found your man! He was hired to restore a kitchen by replacing the existing doors and units and cutting and fitting decorative end panels. What should have been a straightforward kitchen job turned into a very expensive headache. The end panels were cut with a hand saw and the finish was absolutely shocking — wobbly, uneven and looking more like they had been cut with scissors than professionally fitted. And, unbelievably, he did this directly on top of a brand-new hardwood floor, leaving scratches and damage behind. Then came the door situation. There was a 600mm unit with the correct 600mm door already there, yet he fitted two 300mm doors onto it. He then claimed that two 300mm doors were missing and had us going to B&Q to report that they hadn’t been supplied. They weren’t missing. They were on the wrong unit. 🤦♀️ You honestly couldn’t make it up. He also managed to scrape and damage the wall. On the first day, he asked for £500, despite this never being the agreed arrangement. That was refused. On the second day, he turned up late and then decided he was finished for the day, leaving the kitchen in a mess, the job unfinished and damage left behind. He also thought it was perfectly acceptable to walk straight into the house without even knocking. Apparently knocking on someone’s door before entering their home is another tool he didn’t bring with him. Despite all of this, he still demanded payment for the work he had done. In the end, £450 was paid for approximately a day and a half of work. And now comes the expensive part: we are left having to replace the damaged end panels and deal with the damage to the brand-new hardwood floor and wall. A professional tradesman should have the correct tools, know how to use them, measure properly, protect the customer’s property and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, we were left with poor workmanship, damage, unfinished work, a kitchen left in a mess and an additional bill to put everything right. £450 later, plus the cost of repairing his mistakes, and the only thing that’s been restored is my belief that sometimes you really do get what you pay for — and unfortunately, in this case, we paid far too much. Would I use him again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend him?
MyHandybroThis is an absolutely cunning family. First you claimed you have a joiner husband, you started the job and abandoned it. You asked me to come in and work and won't let me work. I am sure tradesmen shouldn't get their money off you before ever working.

Assemble Small Plastic Garden Shed
Tradesman arrived early and started work straight away.. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He worked continuously and completed the job a lot quicker than I was expecting to a very high standard. He tidied all the garden area where he had been working and I am delighted with the final look. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for any future work.
Fit And Replace Kitchen Worktops
Francis was excellent from the minute we spoke to when he completed the work He removed and fitted my kitchen worktops. He was personable and very thorough in his work. I'm delighted with his service and my worktops. He even provided accessories and sealant for free. In addition his fee was considerably below the co pilot estimate and was fantastic value for money. An excellent experience !
Replace Shower Unit and Extractor Fan
Great job, Francis was able to replace our electric shower and bathroom extractor fans just a couple of days after we initially contacted him for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use him again.

Absolute shambles shed is leaking and falling apart
MyHandybroHi Jamie, You’ve had this shed for almost two years, so claiming it is suddenly leaking and falling apart due to the original build doesn't add up. Maintenance and weatherproofing over the last two years were your responsibility, not mine.
