Fix Leaking Supporting Wall
We hired this individual to fix a conservatory leak. He promised that he would not take any payment until the leak was completely fixed and tested with a hosepipe. He also said he would provide a neat plaster finish after cutting into the wall to inspect the leak. None of this happened. He demanded £320 upfront, and instead of fixing the issue, he used ready-mix plaster, which cracked and popped off within 1–2 days. The leak was never fixed. He repeatedly promised to return but never did. Every day it was: “I’m coming in the morning”, then evening, then the next day, and this continued for two weeks straight, with constant excuses. At the same time, he took on another job from us for a glass balustrade staircase project (£1,500). Again, nothing but false promises. He came to take measurements but never took the angle measurements required to actually order custom glass. He claimed he had ordered materials but provided no receipts, no supplier information, and no photos of anything. He pushed hard for £700 in cash “for materials”, insisting he needed it immediately. We asked him to wait until he actually started work, but he continued pressuring us. He never provided any invoice for this payment or the first job. When paying for the initial job, he refused to accept money into his own account and gave us a friend’s bank account instead, which is another huge red flag. Despite asking multiple times, he never provided an invoice, never provided proof of material orders, and avoided every request for receipts or photos. To summarise: * Took £320 for a leak he never fixed * Took £700 cash for materials he never proved he ordered * Gave no invoices, no receipts, no proof of materials * Used someone else’s bank account for payment * Used another company’s identity to secure jobs * Lied daily about coming to do the work * Gave constant excuses * Became verbally abusive when questioned * Highly unprofessional, unreliable, and deceptive

Kitchen Wall Repair and Plastering
I cannot fault the job it self and the Finnish is great but trying to communicate with them is a total farce, never available! Phone number is never ever the right person! Still waiting for the rubbish to be collected and taken away! Had to get an electrian in to sort out the wiring as it kept tripping the fuse box! Spent £85 to sort the gas leak out!
