Kitchen Refurb and Chimney Modification
Paid this firm around £6000 for a kitchen refurbishment, prior to the installation of a new kitchen. The works included installing a new chipboard panel floor over an old stone flagged base floor. I did ask prior to installation, for the new floor to be rock solid, as I wanted to lay ceramic floor tiles over the new floor. Since its installation the floor has gradually started to creek and move in certain places. I have managed to stabilise the majority of the floor by installing new screws ( around 60). However, there are certain parts that are now clearly moving when walked on. The reason being that the sub frame of 4 x2 timber does not haave sufficient fixings to securely attach it to the stone floor below. A floor tiler came to give me a quote and said that he could not fit the tiles untile the floor was stabilised, as the tiles would probably fail. I have contacted the tradesman, who initially said he would come the next day (20th April). That day, I sent a text asking if he was still coming, he then rang me and said he would come the tomorrow (21st April). He never arrived, and since then he has ignored my texts and calls. Im now potentially faced with paying someone else to rectify the issues, which will probably cost a few hundred pounds. Anyway, I have now made a complaint to Myjobquote.com, and if this does not result in a satisfactory resolution, I will then seek legal advice, with a view to initiating court proceedings,
Musto DevelopmentsWere sorry you feel that way. As stated over text message, my wife gave birth to our 1st child. Im afraid that took over my commitments. If a problem was caused by us were willing to still correct the issue. When we left the job, we was also under the assumption that everyone was happy.
Replace Spalled Wall with New Bricks
Replacement of spalled brickwork in a garden wall was completed efficiently and on the promised day. The site was cleared of all waste material and left clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend.
Raise External Lintel by 150mm

Replace Collapsed Bedroom Window Lintel
Josh completed the work today. He was very efficient and helpful in replacing a window lintel. All done very satisfactorily.
Guttering repair
Josh was excellent throughout. He came and have me a quote at agreed time and completed the job really quickly. He was extremely professional and I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.
Garage / Outbuilding Construction
