I am actually disgusted on how this guy actually worked . On his profile safety is his main priority. What a load of bull. The job was to move one socket about 2 meters including chasing and putting the backplate in. Which that bit I had already started. Then move a cooker switch socket about 1 meter again chase and move the socket And the final job one of the sockets was showing N/L reverse on my plug meter so asked for that to be done. So here we are quote was given though quite reasonable. Work started . They him and his labourer started to chase out the sockets. Then I heard a where is the water shut off I have hit the water pipe. (Pipes where visible half way down the wall) So how. I managed to turn the water off. Not a sorry for drenching out new plastered walls or floor. All he said is I can't fix that you will need a plumber. I also gave them a use on the SDS with chisel to help . So about an hour then hob was done .the socket they moved 2 meters I said I wanted that closing off so the used plastic connectors. So I think ok blanking plate there. They said all sorted. However the oven socket was showing the light on when on the off position. He just said it broke. I asked is the other plug sorted N/L as dangerous. He said yes all tested. Off he goes. Now I had a little issue with sending payment to his account so he said pay me later . Off he went. I checked the work and the socket was still N/L So when he rang we got him back. He came in and went to the socket and messed about a bit then said all done. So we paid him his money. Soon as he left we tested the socket again and he just removed the earth. I could see the wires were the wrong way round. So I changed them. Re earthed and socket is safe and fine. The other socket had no earth so I did that. And the cooker one I had rewired to the correct way round nothing wrong with the switch. As we was moving the wires for the blank plate the socket that was connected and closed off blew . They had just wrapped the neutral wires together not even in the blocks. Not acceptable. No apologies for pipe Cost for us to fix We have a 4 year old in the house and could have made this very dangerous. I have tried to get some money back he does not want to know . He just wants to fix the problem. Which I have fixed . Should wear a striped jumper and a mask.

Job completed same day
Mr Singh was very good, he rang within 15 minutes of the job posting and was here within 3 hours. He gave me a rough quote on the phone and said he would have to see the job. He came in an fitted the socket straight away and I was told the price after completion. That’s the only negative, that the work was proceeded with before a quote was given. Happy with the job and price however.
EXcellent he was brilliant at his job very helpful couldn’t ask for anything better.
Turned up when he said and fixed the issue
