Internal Doors and Kitchen Flooring
Flooring was done to a minimal just acceptable standard but at a closer inspection there are a lot of mistakes. The doors have fell off the two hinges, he cut far too much off the length of one door making it too short and had to build a little step to cover the gap. He cut away all of the support from within the width of the door too hence the reason it has come off the hinges. His measurements were off the scale and his cutting blades were blunt, there are no straight or parallel lines from the door to the door standard. I waited weeks on the internal doors ( basic doors nothing too expensive) arriving but it was excuse after excuse. His time keeping was bad. He pestered me for a review which i was not going to give until now. A complete waste of my money.
Laminate Flooring Installation
Mike took as much time as was necessary to make sure he did an amazing job. It looks perfect even considering that the laminate that I'd bought was of pretty poor quality. He tidied up everywhere afterwards and was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!
Replace Unsafe Timber Balcony
Michal replaced and fitted the decking on our daughter's balcony at her flat. His rates were very reasonable and we are absolutely delighted with the final result. We would highly recommend Michal for his skills! Mike and Debbie

Laminate Flooring Installation
Mike did an impeccable job, and worked as long as it took to make sure everything was completed properly. There were a couple of extra bits he needed to do such as cutting the skirting to ensure my dishwasher opened properly after flooring and he did this without hesitation. He took his time to make sure every little corner of beading and floorboard was fitting perfectly and was also incredibly friendly and supportive . I feel he was also very honest with his quote and stood by his word through to completion, we will 100% be using Mike builders Ltd again, hopefully later this year to fit the flooring in our hallway and I’m sure for many other jobs after that. Repair Plaster Around New Sockets
He was so fast to reply and work around our schedule. He was plastering over some holes our electrician had left. He did a great job and even offered to paint the area after for no extra cost. He is very clean and polite and even messaged then next day to make sure we where happy with the work
