Patio Repointing Needed
Appalling. They came up with excuse after excuse and never even started the job. Should have started on a Wednesday then contacted me to say it would have to be Thursday as child was ill then is was to be Friday! As there were 2 separate jobs to be done I said that surely Shaun could attend to one. This was agreed BUT Shaun never appeared. The best part of a week of my time has been wasted. I went to a lot of effort to prepare the patio, which had to be repointed, so that the men could get on with the job. a waste of my time and effort. An absolutely appalling way to treat a potential customer. There's never been as much as an apology. My advice would be to steer clear in a big way from this firm.
