Chimney and Slate Roof Repair
Charged over £1000 to repair a leaking roof. The roof still leaks (even if not as badly). I've sent follow-up messages to the contractor but have received no reply.
Repair Leak in Guttering
I hired this company via MyJobQuote to repair a leaking gutter and paid £120. Despite 3 visits, including one by the owner, the leak has never been fixed. I repeatedly provided clear evidence of the ongoing issue, yet I was continually told the problem was resolved when it clearly was not. It has now been over three weeks with no solution and no further communication. Despite being told an invoice would be provided, this was never supplied. The company also claimed the work came with a five-year guarantee, which is meaningless when the issue has not been resolved in the first place. I paid for a repair that was not completed to an acceptable standard. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company

Bedroom Ceiling Leak & Roof Repair
Brilliant service from Shaun & his team fixing some roof issues that has caused a leak in the ceiling. Shaun kept me up to date on when they would arrive. He took multiple pictures while investigating the issue to show us what needed fixing and the team promptly got to work to resolve the issue. Payment was straight forward and all info given in terms of what work was done. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and will gladly use their services again!
