Professional and reliable

Mike and his guys were really good, the job was done professionally and promptly, and without any fuss. We're looking to hire them again for future work, and I'd definitely recommend them. Thumbs up.

Cancelled doing the job over 12 times, left my property insecure for 17 days, poor workmanship and didn't buy materials that I requested. In the end I had to tell MD Build to stop work on the job (quoted 2 days for the job and took two months - at which point it still wasn't finished) and I got another tradesman in to finish it off properly. I do not recommend MD Build at all.

Mike and his team were lovely to work with and the job was finished to a very high standard. Highly recommend MD Build.

Brilliant, from start to finish. Mike has such a great team of workers, from arriving till they finished, they never stopped. Couldn't have ask for a better job, and to finish it the plasterer was first class. All in all a great job by Mike and his team.

I would rename this company " The three R's " Responsive, rapid and reasonably priced. The work was carried out in a gery clean efficient and professional manner. If you want a building team that you can just pass on your requests to and relax in the full confidence its being taken care of then honestly these guys are that. Im a natural micromanager but had zero reason to be with these. I am using them again next week. MD is now my number 1 on speed dial.

They did a very quick and clean job, very happy. Would use them again and would recommend there services.

Appointed start of October to replace garage roof, window, access door and garage door, 3 fence panels and posts, kitchen window. Kitchen window and garage door never started. Fence posts in but they used 4ft panels instead of the 6ft so looks ridiculous. Started roof but only stripped some of the old timber, replacing 4 beams. Would not discuss rebate. Rubber upside down so I can now see the make of rubber used in bright blue writing. Facias in but no soffits so you can see into my garage from ground level. Also about a ton of waste left on drive as they remove waste in van, not skips, which is illegal as he was not a registered waste carrier. They removed some but I had to remove about 1/2t myself. Started work in October, completed 1/2 day then didn't see them for weeks. Mike used every excuse in the book as to why they had not come back, from builders having Covid to one throwing up on way to my house, his vans breaking down twice and the most common the weather. Mike even told me once that his guys don't work in the rain which I find astonishing for builders in the UK. When I tried to address issues he ignored me and refused to pick up When he did pick up he was aggressive and insulting actively mocking me on one call and calling me a bully on another because I was mithering him. I'm sure Mike will respond with his version of history. If in doubt please ask for the photos I sent Myjobquote.

Too many delays in starting the work. Had to find another builder.
