Russell arrived promptly and completed the job very efficiently. He was friendly and professional and gave me advice on thermostat control and the boiler. Instructions that were not informed to me by previous plumbers! Job well done and will definitely recommend Russell and use his services again.

excellent service, very efficient job, helpful with picking the ideal tank I needed for the job, highly recommend Russell, will definitely be using him to do my bathroom.

Russell did a brilliant job and took a lot longer than he expected, insisted on being paid the amount quoted but I felt he deserved more for the extra time it took so paid 25% extra!

Russell was thorough in providing me with the information I needed to make a decision. He provided a quick online quote and kept me informed of timings every step of the way. I am so happy I now have hot water and a good water pressure again. I can definitely recommend Mason Plumbing and Heating.
