Phoned up and talked through the job beforehand. Gave an estimate of how long it would take him to get there, and gave me updates on when he would arrive. Travelled quite a distance to get here. Completed the repair quickly with little fuss, explained what he was doing and gave me options for replacements. Charged a very fair price for the work done.

Went above and beyond, absolutely brilliant and trustworthy tradesmen. Gave me excellent and he even decided on the day that he was going to put the boiler in loft instead of original plan of a cupboard as he knew it would give my room in my house.
