From first contact Mark explained every aspect of the job, verbal and in print. He arrived at the stated time worked all day was clean, tidy, and informative all the time. I explained that I wanted to install a heater etc and he did the extra associated work. Mark is a reliable tradesman, the work he did for me was second to none. Thanks Mark.
