I am very happy with my choice. I was not intending to do the job the same day I posted it, but Malik offered to do it the same day and the job is done now to a good standard. Malik is quite professional, quick and easy going. He also kept me updated about the time he was coming. I don't think I could have asked something else. Very happy.

EICR Certification for Flat
The work Malik has carried out cost me nearly £1500 but the work was still unfinished. I decided to use someone else as it was taking so long. I have also been told the charges are way overpriced for the work done. The trunking for example is actually not practical and i will be getting all the work re done. I wont use this company again or recommend unfortunately.
Malik Electric Co.I’m sorry you feel this way, but I’d like to clarify a few points. There was fire damage at the property, which meant additional issues were identified during testing. An EICR (condition report) does not include any remedial work required to bring the installation up to standard. I completed the job I was initially called out for, which was to diagnose and test the installation. Following this, I communicated the issues found and advised you on the best course of action to resolve the problems with the sockets. I also contacted you regarding the next steps and am still awaiting your response so we can proceed.
