We chose this company despite having cheaper quotes, as they initially came across as professional. The work itself was completed, but when I asked for photos of the finished job (as I wasn’t on site), this led to a large number of late-night messages that felt defensive and unprofessional. I had already said it was fine to check the work the following morning, but the messages continued regardless. Photos were provided the next day and payment was made promptly. However, there were also claims around material costs that did not align with the agreed scope of works, and despite requesting it, no receipt was provided after payment. The job was completed, but communication and professionalism towards the end of the project were disappointing.
Cornice Repair & Room Painting
Johnny Dec, did an amazing job, really professional, he repaired the broken cornices, painted all the flat and helped in other works.
Paint, Minor Repair & Door Fitting
Started on time and kept up the pace. Very helpful and took on some extra work. Recommended
