Andy was very professional and courteous from the outset. We felt at ease letting him work in our house. He was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. He took feedback on immediately and adjusted the job as needed. He went over and above to help complete other jobs we had too (loft boarding and ladder insrallsrion).
