I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by Catalin. He cleaned and repaired the gutter thoroughly and to a very high standard. In addition to this, he took the initiative to clean the moss from the roof, which was important as it could easily have caused another blockage in the near future. He used his cherry picker vehicle effectively, which allowed the job to be done safely, efficiently, and without any unnecessary disruption. The entire work was completed much quicker than I had anticipated, yet without any compromise on quality. What particularly stood out was Catalin’s practical approach. He focused on doing the job properly rather than overselling or making promises. His workmanship, efficiency, and problem-solving attitude were clear throughout.
