Replace Internal Doors And Frames
Josh came across as reliable, and when he started messing up I wanted to give him the chance to put things right and improve his work, but he was completely unprofessional and clearly had no idea what he was doing. I got brand new doors and he handled them carelessly, badly damaging doors and then drilling the frames in wrong places. The new doors have been damaged to the point we now have to replace every single one even though we paid him extra to finish the work. We raised the damages with him, and he simply walked off leaving job undone. He left mess and dust all over our brand new carpets and made no effort to clean up after himself, he also was very rude and argumentative with my partner when he was questioned whilst drilling in the wrong place. We are extremely disappointed with both the terrible standard of work and his attitude throughout.

Lay New Paving in Back Garden
Incompleted job. Has missed tiles when I provided ample tiles for completion. Missing grout. Tiles wobble so not fixed down. I gave payment in good faith and he disappeared. When I called him to return to complete he has been rudely arguing without giving any room for renegotiation. Very disappointed. This could have been a success for the both of us.
