Ken from KP plumbing was very timely, actually precisely on time in the property after he had pre-arranged the appointment with my tenant. He repaired the pipe leaking problem within the previously suggested time frame and to my full satisfaction. Ken took more than 1 picture to demonstrate what has been done. The invoice was issued in the same day and the communication post job completion was smooth and friendly. I would highly recommend KP Plumbing and Ken especially as I find these guys very reliable.
