Ken was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He responded quickly to my ad and communication was clear and easy throughout, which made arranging everything completely stress-free. He turned up exactly when he said he would, accompanied by his daughter, which was a lovely, personal touch. Both were friendly and approachable, and Ken got straight to work fitting the garden tap with real professionalism and care. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with everything left neat and tidy afterwards. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values doing a proper job rather than rushing through it. Overall, a genuinely friendly, reliable, and skilled plumber. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ken again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

Fix Leaking Outdoor Water Tap Joint
Ken arrived with his daughter who was assisting him. They were both friendly and professional and once we agreed terms Ken and his daughter completed the job within about 20 minutes. They did a great job and and would definitely recommend them for being punctual, honest and professional and for doing a good job in a timely manner.

Fix Bathroom Pipe Leak Again
Ken was very professional and quickly identified the source of the leaks causing damage. He then went on to very quickly fix it making sure there was no damage to our wall (unlike other plumbers we have had!) and that everything was left neatly. Communication throughout was very clear and easy. Thanks very much to Ken :)

Replace Immersion Heater Element
Kenneth was brilliant. He offered to come out to look at the job required without adding a call out charge. i was away from the property but he kept me informed regarding waht was needed and sent pics to show what he had done. Really pleased with the job and the quick and efficient turn around time. Thank you Ken, will def be calling on you if i have any future plumbing jobs.
