Diagnose And Repair Thermostatic Shower Valve
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Payment was taken for a thermostat that was never supplied or fitted, and multiple agreed appointments were missed with little or no communication. Despite explaining that there was a vulnerable 87-year-old staying at the property and that the issue was urgent, calls and messages were largely ignored and I was repeatedly let down after being told someone would attend. The whole experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I have since been left needing to arrange further work to investigate and complete the job properly. Poor attitude, unreliable service, and no accountability. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Fix Leaking Extractor and Re-plaster Ceiling
Where do I start! KA repairs sent another builder to assess problem, they root caused it to a leak path on the roof, advised fix with 2 roof tile replacement and sealing gaps, agreed price work complete and paid. But leak remains, after investigation with my untrained eye it was clear the leak was from the internal extraction fan unit and not the roof. As I had highlighted in the original job listing. Agreed to come back out and fix but 5 weeks later after numerous missed appointments and promises I’m stuck with same issue, won’t return calls or messages no offer of refund, zero integrity! Avoid at all costs!

It was done efficiently and cleanly. An explanation of what was required was given and the job completed as requested . After care advice was given in terms I could understand.
