Floor Sanding & Finishing
I could not recommend Jay more highly. He responded quickly to my ad to re-do the floors in my apartment, came to review and gave me a price. He clearly understands his trade inside out and I could not be more pleased to have hired him because the work is absolutely flawless. Jay was communicative throughout, went above and beyond to find the correct colour of stain I was looking for, and accommodated my frequently changing dates and to answer any and all of my questions. I was really let down by some contractors during the renovation and Jay has been the one person I can rely on throughout. So many people have commented on my new floors and they have added significant value to my property. With other tradespeople, there were a lot of hidden costs and they kept creeping up. With Jay, it was a fixed price which gave me a huge peace of mind.Jay is undoubtedly one of the most skilled tradesmen I have ever worked with. Above that he is polite and incredibly hard-working. He is thoughtful with his work and really considers which approach is best. For me, the most important quality is that he is trustworthy. I trust his opinion and know that he will do a stellar job. A true professional.

Jay provides an excellent service. Took great care over our floor sanding and staining project. We are delighted with the results. He was on time and so tidy! His communication with us was excellent sending us video of the work in progress and when completed. Highly recommend.
