JS property maintenance is a small business run by me, Jack. I take a lot of pride in my work and believe that every job should be completed with 100% effort for the best customer satisfaction. As I have been roofing and ground working from the age of 15, I have plenty of experience in meeting every customer's needs. I will walk the customers step by step as I proceed with the job to ensure we are both happy with how the work is moving forward. Our ranges vary from all aspects of roofing and groundworks, and we are able to visit your property for a free quotation, working around suitable hours which are convenient to you. The prices offered are reasonable and will always stay the same for the work done. Our Lancashire business will travel up to an hour to surrounding areas. Many thanks, Jack.

Slate Roof Tile Repair and Repointing
Jack turned up when he said he would and on time, he physically looked at the roof when others had quoted by photos taken by myself. He showed me the video that he had taken of the damaged slates and missing pointing. He gave me a competitive price with no pressure all he asked was to let him know if I had gone with someone else. Jack and his team turned up and stated work when he said he would, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. He gave a review of the overall condition of the roof recommend that it would need replacing but once again no pressure to give him the job. Will definitely be in touch again in the future.

Jack and his team provided a competitive quote, turned up on time . Explain the job in terms I could understand, and provided photos of the job before, during and after. They were polite and professional throughout. cleaned up after themselves and removed all the rubbish. highly recommend.
