I paid Jay Rout £2, 245 as a deposit to buy material for the job that he agreed to do but he never bought anything with the money that I paid and didn’t do the job either. He kept saying he’s coming tomorrow tomorrow, it was always tomorrow. He was meant to complete the job within 2 weeks but it’s been over a months now and I’m still waiting for him and he stopped communicating to me. I reported him to Myjobquote.co.uk and they said they contacted him about the issue but still he never resolved the issue. I also reported him to the Trading Standards and they told me to send him a letter to ask him to come to finish the job but Jay Rout didn’t respond to the letter either. Jay Rout is a scammer, dishonest and I don’t understand why he has good reviews from other people. If you hire Jay Rout do it at your own risk. I have plenty proof about this review if you want me to prove it.
