Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience using JMG. Firstly, the wrapping was subcontracted and I have to say custom interiors were brilliant turned up on time and carried out the work to a high spec. Then unfortunately it went downhill first I had the materials delivered at my house on measured taking up a lot of room in the kitchen and then left there for two weeks while constantly being told the work can’t be carried out due to this and that now I understand the unforeseen circumstances do happen but the level of communication and the desire to seem to carry out the work just wasn’t there as someone that works in the customer service industry. I thought it was poor if one of my musicians is unable to make it to an event it’s up to me to find a replacement to to make sure the job is fulfilled. Eventually, the materials were collected and the money for the materials was partly refunded but considering I paid nearly £1700 to have the kitchen wrapped I wouldn’t say this was value for money.
External House Wall Rendering
JMG were brilliant in getting my back house rendering complete to a very high standard. Jason, Joe, and Jack were amazing, The quality of the job was brilliant, and the aftercare clean up left the whole place clean and tidy. I will certainly go back and recommend JMG to everyone. The back of the house looks a million dollars, Thank you JMG on an excellent job.
Repointing and Brick Replacement
