Hello Joe. I believe you know the situation with the garden at 47 Deveron Street. The garden is half finished and there is not enough materials to finish said garden . We shook hands on a price of £9000.00 and you said it could possibly be £9500.00. I agreed and then we shook hands on this deal. You yourself agreed that we should order material before the price rises and we paid money upfront for this. You then asked later for more money for more materials. I do not know why I agreed to this! 1) As the garden is to say a maximum of half finished and that's being good about it. 2) There is nowhere near enough material to finish the garden. 3) You have been paid in full for a finished garden which is not finished If am wrong on the above 3 points please tell me. Otherwise please reimburse at least half of the £9000.00, which is at least £4500.00 Please reply as as my phone and Carol's is not receiving any messages from you.
