Saniflow toilet mechanism repair
The plumber arrived at a time entirely different to that scheduled. We have seen in other reviews that this is frequently a problem with this rogue trader organisation. The plumber fitted everything back in the bathroom in a haphazard manner and created a leak in the toilet. He inflated quoted the price by £15 on the spot and demanded payment there and then. We told the company about the damage that had been caused, and sent them a video as evidence. They sent the same plumber back. Once again, he arrived at a time entirely different to that scheduled. He did not fix the problem and the damage remains. There was a strong communication issue. My partner and I gave this company a third and final opportunity to fix the damage they caused to our home - and they failed to keep to their scheduled time, once again, appearing at our door 44 minutes before anybody was home, then saying that they would have to leave to carry on with other jobs. This was in spite of us booking a clear four hour window with them the day prior. The company has been given numerous opportunities to either to fix the damage it has caused, or to refund us for it - and has failed to do either. We have no choice but to take this to small claims.

Did the job but asked for more money after the work was done that we were quoted for. In future please let people know beforehand if it will cost more so the customer can make an informed decision as we hadn't budgeted for more.
