Gas Boiler
Very bad on commitment. Never got back with information on time. I kept calling them as my boiler had stopped working and I didn't have hot water and heating in my home with two vulnerable people at home. The person who attended my calls (mostly Kelis) was polite and courteous but never kept her promise to call me back. I had to call multiple times for information about my job and she as usual said that she will contact me with further info from the Gas Engineer. And never came back. I had to get the job done from checkatrader.com who were fast and reliable.

Gas Boiler
I cannot recommend Jimgos enough. I needed my gas pipes replaced urgently and Kelis was super helpful. He is an excellent and clear communicator - he responds to messages within minutes He arranged for a gas safe engineer to come on the same day, who sorted the problem in a couple of hours. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
