Remove Old Lawn and Lay New Turf
I would highly recommend J&h building ltd. Joe came round on the Saturday to see what needed doing. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what was needed and didn't push for us to do anything extra. We booked in for the job to be done the following Saturday but he had a day free earlier in the week, so came with another young lad and did the job 2 days early and it was done in a day. The lawn and stepping stones look lovely. They cleaned up after themselves and charged us exactly what was quoted.

Garden Contract:- + Fair Pricing + Excellent Work + Understood our requirements exactly + He attended some small areas which I had inadvertently left off the schedule, but that he could see needed doing, and did those at no extra cost! - this showed initiative and care, for his desire to produce a quality end product. + Completed the work on time without any disturbance to us + Left the site Exceptionately Clean & Tidy We were not expecting someone of this standard and will not hesitate to hire him again, should the need arise - cannot recommend him highly enough!

Joseph gave a fair quote based on the pictures I shared online as part of the quote request. He stuck to the agreed price without any pushy upselling, and completed the job quickly and easily with no hidden surprises.

Jet Wash Patio Slabs
Joe Buckley spent around 6 hours jet washing and adding filler in between the slabs - looks so much better now as the slabs had never been cleaned before He did a great job Thanks Joe
Fence Installation/Replacement
Good realistic quote from a lovely polite young man who was able to do the job within a week. Job was done when he said it would be for the price quoted and he tidied up after himself and took away any rubbish. Really happy and will use again if need be.
Replace Sloped Side Fence, Add Support
I was lucky enough to choose J&H building Ltd to replace my fencing which was in the process of collapsing, Joe was quick to come around and view and to give a quote which I was happy with, there was no hard sell and he was pleasant and easy to talk too, we agreed a date and he turned up on time as promised, he worked like a Trojan to remove the fence and dig the foundations for the concrete posts and the next day he arrived with his colleague Toby, again they worked long and hard, and in appalling weather, it rained continuously, they finished the job on time and to a high standard, I'm extremely happy with the result, I will need some further work doing to my garden shortly and I will be approaching them, professional and hardworking what more can I ask for and I highly recommend them
