I am new to this site so am lacking in feedback, however, I have many years of experience in all aspects of renovation, improvement and maintenance to properties.
No job is too big or too small. I will be happy to give free quotes, (unless it is for insurance purposes in which case an admin fee is payable) or quote an hourly rate.
I have had both of my vaccine jabs, a booster and flu jab, so I am safe on that front.

John was brilliant - he worked hard and carefully, came when he said he would and I felt comfortable having him in my house. We agreed a daily rate and he stuck to it. I highly recommend him.

External Painting - Wall
I needed the exterior walls of my terraced property to be painted - including the door. I asked three different companies for quotes. John’s written quote was the one I accepted. John came on the morning agreed, spent some time preparing the walls and as I had decided to replace the guttering, he completed that task too. He has completed the job efficiently and to my satisfaction. It is a mark of John’s professionalism that - seeing his work ethic- my neighbours in the street have asked him for quotes. I have no hesitation in my recommendation for John Mc Cann’s work
