Repair Leaking Gutter on Outer Wall
Came to my house and started giving me random quotes for different problems he was diagnosing ranging from 400 pounds to 2k. In the end he changed my gutter ( 5 meter long ( and charged 400 pounds for it and 100 to clean the neighbours one ( only one stretch of 5 minute gutter that took him under 5 minutes). Tried to take 2k from me by trying to make me believe I needed a whole new gutter system with complicated add ons. The leak I had with the water ingress was not coming from the gutter but the missing lead flashing along my dormer and I only know this because I watched him work and asked for a photo of the roof which he showed me. He agreed to fix temporarily with concrete which he charged me another 125 pounds for. That actually is making my issue worst as concrete should not be applied on roofs. Do not trust that company - they overcharge and do not do the right job you need.
