Billy was prompt with his quotes and competitively priced. The dates were agreed and work completed. During work the company found further work to be completed which was done prompt after agreeing with us. Please be advised that we were asked to provide an upfront payment for materials which we did, but had the work not gone to plan I'm not sure how that could have been retrieved. The work was done well and quickly. But not everything was done as quoted. Our original quote stated a cost of scaffold towers, but these were not used. On asking we were told it was because they were not needed and they were company owned so not part of thel costs quoted despite being part of the quote. We also agreed and paid for our chimney to be lined, again agreed and confirmed in writing, but no longer was placed. Only on pushing the company was it confirmed nonlinear was there. Because of this we had held back final payment. After discussion we agreed to pay part and they would return to complete. This did not happen as well cancelled the return visit taking a small reduction in price. Requests for final payment were made via WhatsApp immediately after work had completed with no invoice being sent. These requests were chased sometimes 4 times in one day. We finally received invoices after a phone call discussing the issue. We still have not had any receipts for work nor have we have the guarantee for work completed. But this may be due to Billy, the owner being on holiday. We will of course wait for these to be sent over. Overall polite and quick but not great with documentation of work.
