John contaced us and came to give us a quote. He asked for 50% up front for materials. He was a no-show on several occasions. We also asked him for quotes on other jobs. 4 months later, we still haven't received the quotes and he does not reply to my messages asking for the 50% back. Very unreliable and apparently not trustworthy. I don't know if he's a good plumber as he never did any work!
