Minor House Refurbishment
Brendan was contracted to do a light refurbishment of my property. Hiring this tradesperson has been the worst mistake I have made since I have been hiring tradesmen. He trades under different names Initial consulting, Just Rendering Uk, Brendan and Co which is very suspicious as he quoted for my job under a different name from one on this platform. He only turned up to the site once but sent over different workers who did a terrible job for the initial deposit he was paid. He also delayed my job for a whole week claiming lack of funds that his bank had frozen funds in his account he was expecting from another job. When I visited my property upon delay of works I met two workers who I had never seen and then called him where he confirmed work was going to proceed over Saturday to make up for his delay. Neither he nor his workers turned up on the Saturday and when I called to enquire about he and his workers whereabouts; he was aggressive and quite prejudicial towards me over the phone. On further inspection of my property on the day I noticed cigarette butts in my property confirming someone had been smoking on the premises. I immediately changed my key safe code to stop access from any of his workers until he himself turned up to site so we could discuss his aggressive behaviour towards me and the status of the work. When we met at the property the following Monday he stated that he was stressed and could no longer do the job. I then requested that he gives me my invoice for materials paid for and work done but he refused even after allowing him and his workers to take their tools. I have since had to incur further costs for the poor and incomplete work carried out and delays encountered. I will advise that people stay away from this tradesman.

Install new loft insulation
Team of three insulated loft. Worked efficiently as a team and completed job to very good standard with attention to detail. Very polite and courteous working quietly and efficiently. Very reasonable price and no well done. Highly recommended.
