We are a small property refurbishment company which started as a sole trader and is now a family business. We have 15+ years of experience in the building and refurbishment sector, primarily with direct clients. The work we normally undertake is residential property refurbishments which includes everything to be done, Electrics, plumbing, kitchens and bathrooms etc. We also undertake Extensions, Garden Rooms and smaller jobs like tiling, flooring and handyman jobs.

Partial Small Bathroom Refurbishment
I & Y Refurb did a brilliant and professional job on all aspects of my bathroom renovation as well as tiling and flooring in the kitchen. Additionally they were quick to respond to messages, were unfailingly polite and good at keeping a tidy site. Next time I have a bathroom or kitchen that needs an update I will definitely be contacting I &Y Refurb, and have already recommended them to friends.

Replace Bathroom Door
Great customer service. Door fitted in an hour which was nice but the door wasn't perfectly fitted and sticks at times. Good people who ultimately completed the job the same day I placed the advert and attended the property on time.
