Very good work. Always cleaned up. Never had to move anything they did it all. Did some repairs on my roof, boarded the attic, put stairs in and plaster boarded it. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with I&S property maintenance . Steve completed the repairs to my felt roof ,replacing it with a rubber covering which came with a 15year guarantee .
