    Good clean on Windows however pretty bad in terms of communication from the team when its not related to chasing Payment otherwise its quite aggressive

While I respect your right to express your opinion, I would like to clarify a few points, as I believe some aspects of your review may not accurately reflect the situation. We always strive to maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. If at any point this did not come across as intended, I sincerely apologise — we are human, and occasionally, misunderstandings do occur. Regarding the offer for internal window cleaning at half price, this promotion was clearly advertised on our website throughout May and was available only in conjunction with an exterior clean on the same day. Unfortunately, this option was not requested at the time you accepted the quote for the external clean, otherwise we would have been happy to accommodate it. You asked us to follow up the following week as the timing was not initially suitable, which we did. Our colleague also explained at the time that any return visit would be scheduled as a separate job. I must also acknowledge that our communication could have been better, and for that, I apologise. That said, I was surprised by the tone of our phone conversation, which I felt was unusually sharp — though I understand this may have stemmed from the misunderstanding. With regard to the payment request, we did follow up on an overdue invoice nearly ten days past its due date. This is standard practice and not intended to be aggressive. However, if it came across that way, I truly apologise. We take great pride in the service we provide to both new and returning customers and are always open to honest, respectful feedback that helps us improve. I hope this message helps clarify our position.
